Summary

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads nothing from another company on its English and Arabic pages. The only personal information it collects is what you type into the enquiry form and send us deliberately.

Who is responsible

What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form, we receive the details you fill in:

• your name
• your brand name
• your Instagram handle or website address
• the type of business you run
• your email address
• your phone number

Three technical details are attached automatically to help us answer you properly: the address of the page you submitted from, the language that page was in, and the date and time of submission.

The form also contains a hidden field that real people never see. It exists to catch automated spam. If it is filled in, the submission is discarded and nothing is sent.

What we do not collect

We do not use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, session recording or fingerprinting. We do not build profiles, and we do not buy or sell personal information. The typefaces are served from this website itself rather than from a font company, so browsing these pages does not report your visit to anyone.

Why we use it

We use what you send for one purpose: to answer you, to prepare the free homepage concept you asked for, and to discuss a possible project. We do not add you to a marketing list. If we ever want to send you something unrelated to your enquiry, we will ask first.

Who else handles it

Your submission is transmitted to Supabase, which runs the function that receives the form and stores the result on our behalf. Our email provider handles the correspondence that follows. Neither is permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

Enquiries are stored in TO FILL: country or region where enquiries are stored. If that is outside your own country, your information is transferred there when you submit the form.

This site is served by TO FILL: hosting provider, which keeps standard server logs. Those logs typically record IP addresses and browser identifiers for a short period for security and troubleshooting.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for TO FILL: how long enquiries are kept, then delete them. If you ask us to delete yours sooner, we will.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to genesisworks9@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to a data protection regulator.

The demo projects

The demonstration websites on this site are separate pages that load typefaces and code libraries from Google Fonts, cdnjs and jsDelivr. Opening one reveals your IP address and browser identifier to those services. The cookie policy lists them.

Children

This site is aimed at business owners. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we add anything that collects information, we will update this page before switching it on. This version takes effect on TO FILL: effective date.
